Continuous supply of highest quality nitrogen

When it comes to detecting volatile compounds in the ppb or even sub-ppb range, it is of the utmost importance to have process gas of best purity. This is the only way to avoid background contamination and achieve optimal measurement results. The N2- Generator25 was developed as a mobile, stand-alone unit for the use with G.A.S.’ IMS-based trace gas analysers and for applications where synthetic air is not an option (flammable gases). The use of the N2-Generator25 eliminates the need for cylinder management and handling, and enables a continuous (24/7) supply of nitrogen of the highest (5.0) quality.

Its minimalist menu and the use of standard connections allow for user-friendly ‘plug-and-play’ connection with other devices.

The auto-regenerative ‘Pressure-Swing’ (PSA) technology used, in combination with O2-eliminating filters and molecular sieves, allows ambient air to be treated even when it has a very high moisture content. As a result, filter changes (depending on contamination, the type of chemical compounds and relative humidity) can typically be reduced to intervals of approximately 3,000 hours. These features make the N2-Generator25 a user-friendly and economically attractive addition for both laboratory and field use.
