SF6-Hygrometer
The SF6-Hygrometer is a high-precision instrument that has been particularly developed for the use at SF6-filled equipment. Outstanding features of the device are its capability to accurately measure dew points of down to -65°C, even at outside temperatures of 55°C. This is achieved by the integrated high-performance 3-peltier cooling system together with the automatic final value determination. Thus results that are displayed in °Ctd, ppmv or ppmm are typically achieved within less than 10 minutes. An automatic flow and pressure control module plus a touch-screen interface permits an easy operation of the device.
