Detection of the single decomposition products in  SF6 using Infrared-Spectrometer (FTIR)

The precise quantification of the main SxOyFz-compounds will be carried out according to IEC 60480. Therefore an evacuated sample cylinder will be filled with the SF6-Sample. Afterwards the sample will be analysed in our laboratory using FTIR (Manufacturer: BRUKER, Tensor 27) within 1-2 day(s). The measurement results will be summerised in a measuring protocoll and/or on request in a detailed measuring report.
